Please read and understand the following rules and regulations for our studio.

Feel free to ask any questions for clarification.

We reserve the right to eject any students or participant who are found in violation of these rules.

 

PRIVATE LESSONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

  • ALL PRIVATE LESSONS MUST BE BOOKED AT LEAST 1 WEEK BEFORE DESIRED DATE OF CLASS
  • Payment MUST be made during booking, please pay within 24 hours of booking or booking will be cancelled.

 

PRIVATE LESSONS REFUND POLICY

 

       Choreography Private Class

  • Full Refund if cancelled at least 96 hours (4 days) before class
  • 70% Refund if cancelled at least 24 hours (1 day) before class
  • NO REFUND if cancellation less than 24 hours (1 day) before class.

 


ETIQUETTE / CODE OF CONDUCT

 

  • Please be on time. The studio will be open to students and participants at least 30 minutes before class starts.
  • Please try your best to attend once your booking is confirmed. For paid classes we have the right to forfeit your refund if you fail to inform us at least 12 hours before the class.
  • Be respectful and supportive of everyone, this is a safe space for dancers and artists. Everyone makes mistakes and we implore all participants to encourage each other.
  • Students and participants shall not touch the mirror with their bare hands or body parts.
  • Students and participants shall not touch or lean against the wall with any parts of their body or clothes.
  • Respect the dance space and keep it neat and tidy for everyone else, remember to collect all your rubbish and dispose of it properly. Leave nothing behind.
  • Absolutely no rude behavior towards other students, participants, instructor, employees, or the studio is tolerated.
  • No eating in the dance space (beverages are allowed) please go to the pantry to consume any other foods. Chewing gum is strictly prohibited.
  • No smoking allowed anywhere within or around the studio. Including electronic cigarettes.

 

 

APPEARANCE / APPAREL

 

  • ABSOLUTELY NO OUTSIDE SHOES ALLOWED. Please bring a clean pair of dancing shoes or dance sock/barefooted.
  • If you wish to use the changing room, please arrive early to not impede the starting time of the class.
  • Please wear clean and clean smelling clothes and shoes. Pay attention to your personal hygiene before coming to class.

 

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

  • The Hearttest Dance Studio Reserves the right to cancel any pass should there be a breach of conduct by the member, student, or participant.
  • All students, participants and members, are considered “Members” and retain their “member” status for one month (1 month) from the last class attended.
  • Students, Participants, Parents, friends and/or Visitors are not permitted to take pictures or videos during classes unless explicitly permitted by the The Hearttest Dance Studio.
  • Students, Participants, or Members who are under the age of eighteen (18) shall have explicit permission from their Parents/Guardians to participate in any classes at The Hearttest Dance Studio.
  • Dancing is inherently a demanding physical activity and carries the risk of injuries. Members, students, or participants shall participate in studio activities at their own discretion. The Hearttest Dance Studio shall not be liable for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur in The Hearttest Dance Studio.
  • Students, Participants, or Members shall disclose any information regarding their health condition prior to undertaking or participating in any lessons or activities at The Hearttest Dance Studio.
  • In case of medical emergency, The Hearttest Dance Studio may make necessary arrangements to transport any student, participant, member, or guest to a medical treatment facility. All such costs incurred shall not be borne by The Hearttest Dance Studio.
  • The Hearttest Dance Studio shall not be liable for any lost or damaged property in the studio, please be mindful of your belongings.
  • The Hearttest Dance Studio reserves the right to take photographs, video, or any recordings of the students, participants, members, or guests for the purpose of instructions, advertising, promoting, or any commercial purposes. These media is solely the property of The Hearttest Dance Studio. Any person who wishes to be excluded shall inform the studio immediately.
  • The Choreography, Instruction and Class structure employed by The Hearttest Dance Studio is solely the exclusive intellectual property of the Hearttest Dance Studio. Sharing or reproduction of any intellectual property of The Hearttest Dance Studio for profit is not allowed.
     
  • Failure to comply to any of the rules and any breach of conduct can result in a permanent ban and legal action from The Hearttest Dance Studio.
