Please read and understand the following rules and regulations for our studio.

We reserve the right to enfoce these rules to any person(s) in the studio property and eject anyone in breach of these rules.
ETIQUETTE / CODE OF CONDUCT
- Please be on time. The studio will be open to students and participants at least 30 minutes before class starts.
- Please try your best to attend once your booking is confirmed. For paid classes we have the right to forfeit your refund if you fail to inform us at least 12 hours before the class.
- Be respectful and supportive of everyone, this is a safe space for dancers and artists. Everyone makes mistakes and we implore all participants to encourage each other.
- Students and participants shall not touch the mirror with their bare hands or body parts.
- Students and participants shall not touch or lean against the wall with any parts of their body or clothes.
- Respect the dance space and keep it neat and tidy for everyone else, remember to collect all your rubbish and dispose of it properly. Leave nothing behind.
- Absolutely no rude behavior towards other students, participants, instructor, employees, or the studio is tolerated.
- No eating in the dance space (beverages are allowed) please go to the pantry to consume any other foods. Chewing gum is strictly prohibited.
- No smoking allowed anywhere within or around the studio. Including electronic cigarettes.
APPEARANCE / APPAREL
- ABSOLUTELY NO OUTSIDE SHOES ALLOWED. Please bring a clean pair of dancing shoes or dance sock/barefooted.
- If you wish to use the changing room, please arrive early to not impede the starting time of the class.
- Please wear clean and clean smelling clothes and shoes. Pay attention to your personal hygiene before coming to class.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Failure to comply to any of the rules and any breach of conduct can result in a permanent ban and/or legal action from The Hearttest Dance Studio.
